Last restaurant on our trip through brought us to Lunch Lady Vancouver at the perfect time (it was long day😂) it was comfort food to the highest degree. We started with crispy taro chips and green chili aioli + pork belly skewers. Crab fried rice and an order of garlic noodles came next My husband had an out of body experience with the wagyu pho Bo ( ) and my daughter had the steak luc. I am in ❤️ with CÀ PHÊ TRỨNG and need to make that at home! Lastly, we tried everything on the dessert menu: THREE LAYER DESSERT - CHÈ BA MÀU, BLACK SESAME BASQUE CHEESECAKE - BÁNH PHÔ MAI BASQUE MÈ ĐEN, & TIRAMISU CÀ PHÊ SỮA ĐÁ - VIETNAMESE COFFEE TIRAMISU

The meal was life altering. It may look unassuming in the outside, but this Michelin star restaurant is well regarded and for good reason. ❤️❤️

If you want a truly crated experience while dining you must go to Published on Main Our amazing server brought out our family style dishes respective of how each dish balanced the others. are in order of appearance 🤭

PICTs 1-2 Foie gras nrg bar with strawberry gelatin
PICT 3 hay there! Non alcoholic drink with hay, citrus & elderflower
PICT 4 Kentucky fried maitake with garlic scape ranch
PICT 5 octopus with 2 different harissa sauces, pine nut romesco and heritage cassoulet
PICT 6 stuffed pappardelle - filled with house made cheese, fava beans, snap peas and lilac
PICT 7 roasted Manitoba pickerel with green garlicaise & lentil plethora
PICT 8-9- what was left of the farm vegetable party with wild rice and miso dressing
PICT 10 chargrilled bison
And for dessert 😍
PICT 11-13 walk through the forest - and yes everything is candy!

It has been a hot minute since my last post, but for good reason🥰 I recently took a trip to the pacific northwest and ate my way through 4 cities🤭 I the following

PICTs 1-2 Voodoo Doughnut in Portland. Incredible and creative! And the only donut place that has a bouncer😳
PICT 2- one of the best egg sandwiches on milk bread at the cafe Portland Japanese Garden
PICTs 4-5 Parmesan chocolate truffle I also recommend the chocolate covered bergamot 💕
PICTs 6-9 a hidden gem in Justin Gross the salmon cakes were melt in your mouth! The fried chicken sandwich rivals the one I had MilkBoy Chestnut & the Tuscan soup was to die for!
PICTs 10-11
A detour in to White Salmon Baking Co. - those PICTs speak for themselves
PICTs 12-14 Musang where the food is served family style! You can’t go wrong with any choosing but you MUST try the bibinka - a grilled coconut corn cake🥰🥰
PICTs 15-19 Sushi Kappo Tamura sushi in Seattle? Yes please!! And mochi with sweet azuki beans for dessert
PICT 20 you must get a bottle of w**e from the Columbia river gorge. Your preference. These vineyards may seem “up and coming” but only for those still stuck in Napa and Sonoma. I promise this won’t disappoint:)

A trip to Chinatown never disappoints & the meal was incredible. I recommend the duck 😉a jaunt to the for some maritozzi and duck breast, homemade guanciale, w**e sausage & tomato basil sausage at ❤️
