👻 The first BOO of the season is in the books!

Aurora, Camden & their friend Dani kicked things off with a little Halloween surprise for some neighborhood friends! 🎃🧡 Who wants to join the Royal Crown Boo Exchange?

Here’s the idea: secretly drop off a small boo basket on a participating child’s porch, ring the bell, and sneak away! The kids who get booed then pass the fun along. Two kids in your family get booed? Your family puts together two kits for two other participating kids!

Keep it simple -- candy, stickers, or a few little Halloween goodies are perfect. This is an optional, family-to-family exchange, and each family provides their own kits.

📧 To sign up, email [email protected] by Sunday, October 4 with:
• Your home address
• Your participating kids’ first names and ages
• Any food allergies

We’ll share the participating list only with the families joining in, along with easy instructions and a “We’ve Been Booed!” door sign.

Let’s see how far the Halloween fun can travel around Royal Crown! 👻

Friday night, Royal Crown! 🍦🎬🏰

We’re excited for our Ice Cream Social & Movie Night tomorrow at Irvine Park! Come out starting at 6:00 PM for plenty of Guernsey’s ice cream, toppings, a big bounce house, and lots of yard games for both kids and adults.

We’ll have co****le, Fowling, Giant Jenga, Connect Four, tug-of-war, KanJam and more — and feel free to bring another favorite yard game if you have one! 🎯🏈🪵

Then, as the sun goes down, we’ll get everyone settled in for a family-friendly movie under the stars with popcorn for the kids. 🍿✨

The weather is looking great, but it may get a little chilly once the sun goes down, so bring your lawn chairs, blankets, pillows, and maybe a sweatshirt or light jacket for later. 🪑🧺🧥

🍦 Ice Cream Social: 6:00–7:00 PM
🎯 Games + Bounce House throughout the evening
🎬 Movie starts shortly after sunset

🍋 What an incredible first day! 💙

We wanted to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone in Royal Crown Estates who stopped by the kids' lemonade stand today. It was so much fun seeing neighbors walk over, chat, meet one another, and support such a meaningful cause.

Aurora and Camden had an absolute blast serving lemonade, and thanks to this amazing community, we were able to raise money for Make-A-Wish Michigan to help grant wishes for children facing critical illnesses.

It was a great reminder of what makes this neighborhood so special. We're grateful to live in a community that shows up for one another and supports great causes.

If you weren't able to make it today but would still like to contribute, you can donate here:
