Our office is located in Waterford and a majority of our work takes place in Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Franklin, Bloomfield Twp, Orchard Lake, and a few surrounding cities. A Great long time customer (30+ years) had a back patio installed to their home. Between constant traffic and machinery, the yard was tore up/compacted. They also wanted us to add some small landscaping, additional step down, and something low maintenance finished look around the patio.

-Metal Edging to define/secure cobble stone
- Bunny grasses & Astilbe perennials
- Pavers for step down
-Topsoil, grading, seed, erosion blankets

They wanted to finally wrap up projects around their house, we made it happen and got everything done before winter hits and the plants have time to establish and be ready for spring!

The term “Overgrown” I dont think is even correct for what this house was. We came in and changed that for them!

Client purchased their first flip and wanted something clean, easy, simple, that opened the house up to allow more sunlight, and give the next owners a blank landscape to work with!

Client purchased a property with a overgrown, uneven, not usable back yard.
Forestry Mulched the backyard to eliminate overgrowth.
Added over 400 yards of dirt to level and create correct grade.
Over-seeded entire backyard, along with core aeration.
Finished off with erosion blankets to ensure seed is protected
