Character Book Parade is tomorrow and I told my son I was on the hunt for a Dogman hat.
I could not find one in time, but found Dogman Sunglasses and told him via FaceTime today.
He cried to me
“Mama those are GOGGLES! Not a hat!”
At that point I was holding back tears thinking I had failed him.

Through crying eyes he reminded me that its not always the store bought things that stick.

My BoySon cried to me and said
“Can you please just make it Mama?!?”
-As You Wish, My Love . I can’t wait to see your face light up tomorrow and watch you walk in your parade 🥹

As a Coparent I legit get maybe 3 hours out of the 2 weekdays I have my son.
I feel like all we do is run from the clock.
When he goes to bed, I lay with him and end up going to sleep too but it is pretty much the only time I have with him 😭

How are we utilizing this time? How do I make the most of these few hours?
Time is just flying by and I dobt want my boy to think that he was never important.
