Another quality job by Untouchable Painting. There was a leak on the TPO flat and scupper box at this estate. All wet drywall and insulation was removed and I decided to upgrade to foam paneling before installing new drywall. There were two ceilings that were damaged downstairs but this was the largest repair.

Another quality job by Untouchable Painting. Water leak from failing silicone on the window sill. I pulled everything apart and saved the top cap and (most) of the bottom trim on these 3 piece 12” baseboards. I had to replace the basic stock, drywall and of course fix the root of the problem. Like nothing ever happened!
