I dont know where to begin with this post so bare with me. This family called and wanted an updated kitchen and two bathrooms updated. The first time meeting this family I knew they would be great to work with. We didn't know how great they truly are until the Hell they went through. Needed counter top template and well that company dragged their feet for longer time than it should of been. Then it went from a 2 week out to have the counter top done to a SEVEN week delay! When they came back to set the counter top so we could finish up those guys were beyond disrespectful to the homeowners. So we stepped in, Lowes manger stepped in and we are going to make sure this family knows all of their patients through this will not go unnoticed. Oh did I mention the damn shower that came in was faulty and cracked in multiple places. The job is almost completed! We can't thank them enough for choosing us to do the work and letting us fight this battle.
We never want any home we go into to have any problems from the product that is purchased or a third party contractor but I assure you we won't give up and we will make sure at the end of the day you left with what you wanted and a smile on your face.
