These are called Sunchokes or Jerusalem Artichokes. Its a native American vegetable in the sunflower family. Growing for flowers and the potato-like tubers that are extremely hardy and can be harvested in even in the winter.

We have tomatoes! Lots of grape, some roma types and slicing tomatoes, plus potatoes, green beans, winter squash, gourds, pumpkins, garlic, sweet peppers at our stand. We can pick lettuce, carrots or broccoli if you ask. We still have sunflowers and cutting flowers, too.

We have flowers and vegetables for sale. Happily naturally grown with no chemical sprays. We have a red concession stand in front yard at 3622 State Highway 220, Oxford. Nothing is currently at the stand so you need to stop by and we can cut flowers or pick some vegetables for you. We have tomatoes, pumpkins, lettuce, sunflowers, carrots, potatoes, sunflowers, zinnias, sweet peppers & glads. You can also message me or call me at 971-283-6737.
