Well here is the final pics of the floor we have been working on! Customer is super happy and it came out awesome! We had to do a lot of work here on this house that wasn’t expected and put us behind a little bit but in the end it was a job well done!

Installed some down spouts on a customers house that was having problems with there gutters not being installed right the first time so we went and added 3 downspouts and made them so they can lift them to mow under them also!

Couple updated pictures on our progress the last few days. We had to do a French drain on both sides of the house and bunch of extra work but we are getting there!

Well this job has turned into a much bigger job! As we where replacing the banboards it started raining and water pouring in the house so we couldn’t do anymore jacking up on the walls that where built straight on the ground because of the water so then we had to pour footers inside the living room and bedroom and then dig a French drain on both sides of the house so the water wouldn’t pool up in front of the house anymore. It’s been an eventful week and half but now we got that part done it’s back knocking out the inside!

A little more of the job we have been working on. We’ve got most all the floors completely out and started putting in new banboards and strengthening up the inside ones. The rain yesterday showed us a huge problem this guy is having and the reason his house is falling apart is the water just pours under his house when it rains so now we have dig footers and pour concrete on Monday and put in a French drain. A little more work than expected but hey we got this!
