Checking in on our Lakeside Gambrel as interior construction progresses. Being on site with the project team gives us a chance to review details in person, talk through millwork and finish selections, and work through questions as they come up. More to come soon.

A palette of muted blues, warm neutrals, and natural wood tones make their way through the bedrooms of this newly completed home. Varied textures, upholstered furnishings, and carefully selected accents give each space its own character while maintaining a cohesive interior design throughout.

A closer look at the details that bring this home’s entryway together. Natural wood beams, paneled cabinetry, and a staircase with contrasting wood treads and painted trim create a warm, welcoming interior, while a built-in window seat makes the most of the natural light.

Mississippi Moire Mosaic tile from Artistic Tile adds an exciting sense of movement to this coastal kitchen, echoing the waves that crash onshore just beyond the beachfront property.

In this beachfront bedroom, built-in cabinetry consolidates storage and the television along one wall, extending into a window seat that takes advantage of the ocean view. The blue millwork is echoed more subtly in the bedding and rug, while the otherwise restrained material palette keeps the room light and uncomplicated. Even the smallest details contribute, with cleat-style wall hooks offering a functional nod to the home’s coastal location.

Coastal meets modern at our Modern Farmhouse Renovation. Bold materials and pops of color make each space their own, with a mix that feels fresh without losing connection to the home’s seaside surroundings.

As the main entry from the beachside backyard, this mudroom makes good use of every inch. A custom built-in keeps wetsuits and sneakers organized, while pull-out drawers add even more storage. Across the room, a washer and dryer sit alongside a deep sink that doubles as a dog-washing station. Everything has a purpose, especially after a day at the beach
