A Quick Update From Couderay!

We owe you all an apology—we haven't been posting nearly as much lately! Things have been very busy at the Couderay house, and while we haven't been great about documenting everything, we've definitely been keeping busy.

We wanted to give you a quick update on what we've been up to!
First, we FINALLY finished tuckpointing the basement! 🙌 It took quite a bit longer than we originally expected. It was basically day after day of doing the same thing over and over, and honestly, it didn't make for the most exciting video content. 😂 But it's DONE—and we couldn't be happier about that!

Then we moved on to tuckpointing the outside foundation. I'm also very happy to say that job is finally finished! Let's just say I'm hoping I don't have to pick up a tuckpointing tool again for a VERY long time. 😅

We've also gotten all of the old siding removed, and the new siding has been ordered! 🎉

Right now, Phil is working on replacing the windows, which is another big step toward getting this house looking like a completely different place.
Once the windows are finished, we'll be moving on to the new front and back doors, followed by installing the new siding.

And there's even more happening behind the scenes!

The roofing company and basement waterproofing company should be out within the next couple of weeks, so we're finally seeing some real progress and some BIG changes happening at the house!

It's been a long, dirty, and sometimes exhausting process, but we're getting there one project at a time. ❤️
