**Now Hiring: Fence Foreman 🛠️🌲**

HT Fencing is growing, and we’re looking for a rock-solid **Working Foreman** to lead a crew and run jobs across Yavapai County. If you know how to build, lead, and handle hard ground, we want to talk to you.

💰 **Pay & Perks:**

* **$26 - $28 / hour** (Depending on Experience) + Overtime.
* **Up to a $5,000 Signing Bonus** for the right fence experience ($1,000 at 30 days, $4,000 at 90 days).

* Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays.

* **Zero wear-and-tear on your own rig:** You drive our trucks and use our tools, power equipment, welders, and skid steers.

📋 **What the Role Is:**

This is a boots-on-the-ground, working foreman role. You’ll run a crew of a few guys, swing tools, talk to customers on-site, and set the pace. You'll handle everything from residential backyards to big agricultural fencing projects and gate operators. You report directly to the owner, Armando, so decisions get made fast.

🛠️ **What You Need:**

* **Lead-level trade experience:** You’ve run small crews without someone standing over your shoulder.
* *Fencing experience is a major plus, but not a requirement*. If you have solid experience in carpentry, concrete, metal work, dig crews, or general construction, we can teach you fence. What we *can't* teach is showing up and leading.
* Valid AZ driver’s license and a clean record (must be comfortable driving a truck and trailer).
* Ability to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
* You already know what caliche does to an auger and how to keep a crew moving when the digging gets tough.

Doing what it should, protecting people!

Las Vegas police say there have been zero pedestrian deaths along a stretch of Boulder Highway after metal fencing was installed.

“This is probably the most jaywalked part of Boulder Highway in the entire city. It's definitely saved some pedestrian fatalities."
