Felix was my little horror movie buddy he always would lay with me when I watched whatever horror movie I had put on. I loved when taking his photo it only took a strong light and timing to make the photo look right.

So I got this for him, my little horror icon and we all know horror icons never really die

I've been shooting A LOT more 35mm film then anything. The natural gradient, the fine grain, the mechanics behind taking photos that make you think and compose your shots. It also helps to have an amazing friend who is always down to try some pictures. Thank you again Ivie Shianne

These were shot on Cinestill 50D on the Nikon F5 with a combination of glass and only punched up a little color and contrast.

Felix has been by my side, my right hand for over 14 years. He was there when I bought my house. I started photography, he was the cat that made everyone who hated cats give them a second chance. He loved belly rubs, he was a lover but knew when to put the dogs in place. He was my big baby boy. Today we had to put him to sleep and I'll be honest I'm a fu***ng wreck. I love him, I still. I was there for his last breath. I love you Felix I'll never forget you. Cancer sucks and is ruthless. I love you my big baby boy.

He was a great "big brother" to my other cats he cleaned Abbie right after her amputation. He cuddled and slept with all the animals. He knew when you weren't feeling good and knew when you needed a friend.

He taught me so much he was my first pet on my own. He was a handful between him being a big cat his zooms guaranteed a knocked down picture, tipped over cat, he was the best. I have thousand's of pictures and it never feels enough when they're gone.
