This was one house, shown six different ways.
Same home. Same footprint. Different roof color, siding, stone and garage doors.
I usually show a homeowner 20 to 25 designs. The later ones are small tweaks. It is a lot easier to pick a look you love on a screen than to guess with a contractor standing in your driveway.
And every one of these is buildable. Real materials, real proportions. That is the whole point.
