Did you know that chemicals like chlorine and PFAS can be absorbed through your skin or inhaled through steam during a hot shower? That’s why an under-sink filter isn’t enough. At Aqua Doctor, we specialize in Whole-House Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems. We purify the water at its point of entry, meaning every shower, bath, ice cube, and glass of water in your home is 100% ultra-pure and contaminant-free. Invest in your family’s long-term wellness.

It’s one of the biggest misconceptions we see: homeowners relying on a standard fridge pitcher to clear out heavy industrial chemicals. The truth? Standard filters leave a lot behind, and even "elite" versions have limitations. We broke down the exact science in our latest blog post. Discover what actually removes PFAS from your water supply and how to properly protect your family. 📲 Click the link in our bio to read more!

If you look at the interactive EWG contamination map, Northern New Jersey lights up when it comes to PFAS "forever chemicals." While local municipal updates are underway, recent state data shows PFOA levels still exceeding health standards at multiple local entry points. Waiting for a town-wide fix leaves your household exposed today. A standard countertop pitcher won't cut it. Aqua Doctor offers custom, prescription-grade Whole-House filtration systems to ensure pure water from every single tap. DM us to schedule your home water test!

Let’s give credit where it’s due: thanks to strict state regulations, average toxic PFAS levels in New Jersey's public drinking water systems have officially been cut in half! 🎉 That is a massive win for public health.
..But let’s be entirely candid. "Cut in half" still means forever chemicals could be making their way into your daily coffee, ice cubes, and pasta water. When it comes to your family, "halfway safe" isn't the goal.

If you want absolute peace of mind, a localized, point-of-use Reverse Osmosis (RO) system or a whole-house carbon filtration setup is the ultimate shield. Johnny has been personally installing these systems for over three decades, ensuring every single drop out of your tap is 100% pure.

If you’re one of the 1.1 million New Jersey residents relying on a private well, this is a must-read.

While the state is making strides with public water, private wells are not universally monitored. Under the Private Well Testing Act, data shows that roughly 11% of tested private wells contain toxic PFAS (forever chemicals) at levels that exceed state safety standards. Even worse? Localized "hotspots" are popping up right here in North Jersey with startlingly high numbers.

You can't see, smell, or taste PFAS—but Johnny knows exactly how to find them and get rid of them. At Aqua Doctor, we don't guess; we test. Let’s get your well checked and install the exact purification "prescription" your family needs to stay safe. 👉 Don’t leave your family’s health to chance this summer. Call today to book your certified water test with us.

It is blazing hot out there, New Jersey! 🌡️ With a significant 10-month rain deficit putting all 21 counties under an official NJDEP Drought Warning, we are all being urged to step up our water conservation efforts—especially outdoors.

But true conservation starts inside the house. Did you know that aging, unoptimized water softeners or clogged filtration systems can waste hundreds of gallons of water during unnecessary backwash cycles?

While we do our part to skip watering the lawn today, let’s make sure the water inside your home is running at peak efficiency. Our team has spent over 40 years dialing in water systems across Northern NJ to ensure you get maximum performance with zero waste. 👉 Drop us a message or call us directly at (973) 795-4120 to check your system's efficiency today!
