Finished up this nice project today.
I used The Color Company and their, Advance paint. It's a waterborne alkyd made for cabinets and trim, for primer I used their Fresh Start this stuff sticks solid and both products lay down nice and smooth.

First day on this beautiful home. Color change to, Modern Gray SW7632 on the walls no paint on ceilings and touch up white trim. I'm thinking we'll be done with this four bedroom 3.5 bath by Thursday.
This is a referred job to me by one of my realtors I do work for.
