I had a client who wanted to have a fence to keep their dog contained while he 'supervises' the neighborhood. They also wanted to extend their porch a bit to make it easier to enjoy their afternoon sit. They love it and after a little landscaping they have planned, it's going to be looking real nice.

Had a client with a leaky covered patio. Old broken opaque fiberglass roof panels. Something needed to be done. So I stripped off the old panels, added some framing so there was adequate support, and put up new clear roof panels. Then screened in the side of it and built a custom screen for the door top. She now has a lovely bright space for growing plants, and outside room, and a secure place for her cat to be outside and not roam the neighborhood. Wins all around.

Hey Home Depot, why bother ordering days in advance for a pickup at 8am, if you guys are not going to have it ready or even picked by the listed pick up time?

Ok. This was a fun one. I had a client that runs a podcast studio contact me to build a back wall for one of their clients. I won't say who, but if you are in the Sacramento area, you've seen their ads. Anyway, it needed to break down into 3 sections for storage and stand on it's own. Those slat sections are backed with a sound damper mat. The client loved it and I got to do something novel.

Had a client with some damaged siding behind a deck. They wanted to replace it with cement board siding rather than the matching fiberboard. The hard part was extraction of the old stuff, but after a few hours of cursing I got it done.

Had. Client who wanted to update the vinyl tile in their spare bathroom. No problem . I think it came out cute.

Had a client who wanted their rotting planter box rebuilt to match the other one they had. A bit more work than I thought on getting the old one out, but got it done and the client is happy.

Had a client who had two nooks flanking their fireplace. Their parents gifted them nome nice Walnut shelves to go in them. As nooks in a 100 year old houses tend to not be square, I modified the shelves to fit in each slightly tapered spot. I also got their casement windows to open and close, but hard to take a photo of that

Had a client with a run down gate who wanted an update. Built them this nice fence with a set back gate and arbor. Came out nice and the client loved it.
