Hello :) My name is Kate Kelley & I am the owner and sole organizer of Sweet Haven Design Co. located in Saline, MI. I formally started my business in 2021, but I have been actively honing my skills and learning about organization techniques in my daily life as a mother to 5 young children. I am very comfortable working with individuals and families from all walks of life, but I am especially passionate about creating beautiful, highly-functional spaces for busy families to replace their burdens with the peace & serenity found in a newly organized home. I am so honored & humbled to receive this thoughtful award in the mail tonight, nearly 5 years after starting my Home Organizing business in December 2021 when our youngest child, Connor, was 4 months old. Thank you 🙏🏻 so dearly to my beautiful family and friends, near and far, for supporting my small business and for blessing me in so many ways over the last 5 years! Falling into Fall 🍂 is so easy to do here in the Mitten with such crisp temperatures and beauty everywhere! The days are busy, but they are full of all of the things that I cherish: listening to our 2nd grader read Pinkalicious aloud on the couch, pregnancy cravings leading to impulse Acai bowl purchases 😬, Jean jackets and loose, cozy pants, coffee dates and reuniting with Mamas, new organizing projects with sweet clients, new design projects and the blessing of a new school year and more time with my hubby :) wishing you sunshine smiles this week!

…sometimes life becomes so fast paced, you need all of the reminders you can get! I need Siri for almost everything, but since our kids don’t have Siri, they get us—-and a lot of reminders, lol. When you don’t want to be your child’s cleaner and personal assistant, drop them a friendly post it note and super glue it to their face 😂

The simple joys…like knowing where to grab the kids sunscreen in a pinch 🤏🧴 on the first day of soccer or knowing exactly where the firstaid kit is when your littlest guests have a boo boo 🩹 to attend to. When life is busy, bring in the peace. 🧘🏼‍♀️
