Check out our latest project!

Agua Caliente Fuel in Palm Springs — designed by Marks Architects for the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. 9,000sf convenience store with a mini casino inside and the biggest and fastest fueling station in the desert.

We wanted the building to feel unmistakably desert: bold, modern, grounded in its surroundings, and strong enough to hold its own against that mountain backdrop.

It’s always fun to finally see a project go from drawings on a screen to the real thing.

We saw potential. Everyone else saw... well... that. 😅This is why we love remodels. Taking a building that's been forgot...

This is why we love remodels. Taking a building that's been forgotten and giving it a second life never gets old.

This abandoned building is now a brand-new Taco Bell serving the El Cerrito community.

One more project ready to open.

Construction is now complete on what will soon be the largest and, in my admittedly biased opinion, the prettiest fuel station in the Coachella Valley. It’s scheduled to open next week.

Designed by Marks Architects and built by Statewide Services, this project has been an incredible collaboration from concept to completion. Watching it come to life has been especially rewarding, and I couldn’t be prouder of our team and everyone involved.

Looking forward to seeing it serving the community very soon.
