Before anyone sends me some hate- I know there's food coloring in here AND sprinkles buuuuut we all deserve a little fun in my house (plus balance!!) 😆😆

We're back from our vacation and going though post- vacation blues so decided to make some fun Halloween make- ahead breakfast pancakes for easier mornings.

From SFO to Maui… an unexpected surprise! 🌺😂

We LOVE Maui! And visit every year. The beautiful beaches, the laid-back vibe, and especially the PEOPLE. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. ❤️

Now, did this trip start off as planned? Not really 😂 Between the power outages, no cell service, and an unexpected penthouse upgrade, we were definitely in for an adventure!

But seriously, who needs electricity when you’re surrounded by the beauty of Hawaii? 😂 Give us a beach, a pool, gorgeous views, and those Maui vibes, and we’re HAPPY!

We had SO much fun on this trip, and I have so much to share! Stay tuned for more Maui content, amazing food, beautiful resorts, and all the fun we had! 🌴☀️

Easy and Fun Halloween activity for kids 🎃🧪

We make these Halloween potions every year and River STILL gets excited every time they start bubbling. 😂. I love an activity that looks impressive but requires little effort from me.

All you need is:
🧪 Baking soda
🧪 Vinegar
🎨 Food coloring
🎃 Cups, cauldrons or whatever Halloween containers you have
🥳 drop of soap for extra bubbles
Add baking soda, let them choose their colors, pour in the vinegar and let the potion making begin! 🫧

Super easy, a little messy, and they’ll probably ask to do it again over and over . 😂

Solo parenting this week and let’s just say… shortcuts were taken. 😂

Make-ahead breakfasts, DoorDash, and letting “good enough” be good enough. 🤍

So much love and respect for the moms who do this every single day — especially my own mom, who did it with me. 🥹
