As we, the contractors and subcontractors, work through the damage caused by this storm and help families get their homes secured, we ask for your patience and understanding. Some current projects may experience delays as we shift our focus to urgent repairs and helping those most affected. We are working as quickly as possible to get things back to normal and serve as many people as we can.
If your home was damaged, we understand that getting it taken care of is your top priority. We know how stressful and overwhelming this situation can be. However, thousands of others are facing the same challenges, and no one’s situation makes them more important than the next person’s. Frustration is understandable, but an attitude of entitlement or taking it out on the people working hard to help will not make the process move any faster.
We are all navigating a difficult situation, and it takes time, teamwork, and patience to recover. Please show grace, compassion, and appreciation for the contractors, subcontractors, and crews who are putting in long hours and doing everything they can to help as many families as possible.
