Here is the long awaited reveal.. 👀

We are so proud to have completed this beautiful addition to this family’s home. They had a vision and being able to bring that to life for them was a wonderful experience!

Videos do it no justice.. she is massive!
1,011 sq ft of seamless living space on this wrap-around porch complete with:
-11’ wide front staircase (we’ve been calling them her courthouse stairs❤️)
-Covered accessibility ramp
-Back staircase
-HUGE 24’x24’ (576 sq ft) carport 🚙
-Lighting and Electrical throughout 💡

From framing and roofing to the finishing touches, this was a whole lot of work, but seeing it all come together makes it worth every long day. Stay tuned for full before/after and progress photos 📸

This home had several sections of vinyl siding that were warped and damaged from heat. We removed the damaged material and installed new siding, leaving the home looking clean, straight, and protected again.

It’s amazing what replacing damaged siding can do for the appearance of your home—not to mention keeping the weather where it belongs… outside!

Everyone loves a good ✨before & after ✨

This was not a fun job to do, never is when a house is literally falling apart, but this wonderful customer of ours was about 2 💩’s away from falling straight through the floor. 🫣 We couldn’t let that happen.

Her kitchen, hall and bathroom area of her house once had water under it and completely rotted away everything. We had to cut out all the rot, jack the house up, replace main supports and joists, new subflooring and brand new flooring. It was a doozy but we got them fixed right up.

This is also your reminder to not let just anyone work on your home. At some point over the years someone had come in and cut the bathroom floor joist in half to plumb the toilet and just left the joist hanging. They also tried to re-level it by shoving red bricks under the main supports. People who don’t know what they’re doing or anything about safety have no business working on the place that’s supposed to keep you safe. 🏠❤️
