Tell us what you need and we’ll do it. We’re investors as well. So, we get it!

In this case the investor was replacing some of the wood, prepping for paint in other areas, needing something here and there and an overall house washing. Somethings get left untouched as well. We even threw in a free concrete cleaning. Why? Because we always do some random freebie on every job!

The point is, we don’t do these stupid one-size-fits-all “packages” and crap. Everybody’s property and requests are unique. We literally just listen to what the client needs and deliver that. If you want the other crap, hire the nerd with the polo. 😂

Kinda a nerdy post, but whatever. 🤓

Just read this article in the new Cleaner Times magazine of

Follow me here. I have a Honda engine that I bought twenty years ago and had sat for two weeks. Yesterday it fired right up on the first attempt and ran flawlessly for three hours on a job.

I don’t have time or the interest in fighting with some inferior chinese junk that won’t do what it’s supposed to. Thats why we only run Honda engines with Sea Donkey.
