We braved the wind and rain last night in Washington NC against a strong field of 34 cooks at Smoke on the Water. When the smoke cleared, I was fortunate enough to walk away with 1st place.!! Have been cooking here over 10 years and am thankful to finally come out on top at this event!! Sawyer said he is keeping the trophy in his room. Otis got in on the photo as well!!🙏🐷
