Fall is one of our favorite times to bring an old, weathered fence back to life.

Another big transformation in the books!

Big thank you to HydroPro Supply here locally in Springdale for getting us set up with our new Honda-powered Comet P40 soft wash system.

From supplying the P40 and proportioner to helping us get everything installed and dialed in on our 12x6 trailer, they’ve been a huge help. Great prices, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they genuinely want to help local washers stay in the field with fewer breakdowns and better equipment available right here locally.

With the new Comet P40 setup, we’ve added even more soft washing capability to our trailer and will soon be expanding those capabilities to our enclosed trailer as well.

Today we had the privilege of washing this beautiful century-old home in the historic Maple Street area of Fayetteville.

When you’re working on a home that’s been standing for 100 years, the goal isn’t perfection — it’s improvement without damage. Older homes can have fragile windows, aging seals, cracks, and other areas that require extra care. We definitely don’t want to be the ones who damage something that’s survived a century!

Before washing, we take the time to protect vulnerable areas — covering cracks in old windows with plastic and tape, taping outlets, protecting exterior lights, and doing everything we can to keep water where it belongs: outside the home.

Then we clean gently with a light house-wash solution and soft washing — not high pressure — to remove years of grime while protecting the home’s older surfaces.

Very happy with how this one cleaned up today. A little patience, the right precautions, and a gentle approach made a BIG difference.
