There’s something about walking outside to a clean, beautiful pool that completely changes your backyard. ☀️

This pool was ready for a new liner, but once we got into the project, we found a few things that needed attention first. Over time, the concrete deck had settled and shifted, putting stress on the coping and affecting how the new liner would fit.

Instead of covering up the problem and moving on, we fixed it.

We repaired the pool steps, corrected the coping, replaced the lighting system, and used polyurethane foam injection to stabilize and lift the settled concrete deck. Once the foundation was right, we finished it off with a brand-new Vinyl Works liner.

And the difference?

A refreshed pool that looks beautiful, fits the way it should, and is ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Because when you’re investing in your backyard, you shouldn’t just be paying for something that looks good today. You want it done right underneath, too.

✨ Thinking about giving your pool a new look?
✨ Have an older pool that needs some attention?
✨ Not sure if that “little problem” is actually something bigger?

Send Semper Clean Pool Services a message. We’d be happy to take a look and talk through your options.

🔨 50-Year-Old Pool Brought Back to Life! 🏊‍♂️✨
This vinyl liner pool had seen better days after five decades of service. Time, weather, and ground movement had taken their toll, leaving the coping severely damaged and the skimmer system failing.
✅ Removed and replaced deteriorated coping
✅ Installed a brand-new skimmer
✅ Replaced approximately 100 feet of underground skimmer plumbing from the pool to the equipment pad
✅ Installed a fresh new liner ready for many more years of enjoyment
Projects like this are a reminder that proper backfill and proper draining can prevent a lot of damage. But proper structural repairs and plumbing upgrades can add years of life while improving performance and reducing future maintenance headaches.
If your pool is showing signs of age—cracked coping, leaking skimmers, water loss, or failing plumbing—don't wait until a small problem becomes a major repair.
