STL Property Pros is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Maryland Heights, MO!
💰 Salary: $60,000–$70,000/year
📍 Maryland Heights, MO — In Person
⏰ Full-Time
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing company.
Key responsibilities include:
• Recruiting, interviewing & onboarding new employees
• Employee relations & HR compliance
• Weekly payroll processing
• QuickBooks & Workforce/Workforce Time
• Processing invoices, payments, income & receipts
• Employee training & professional development
• Improving HR and administrative processes
• Maintaining accurate employee and accounting records
• Assisting management with company initiatives and special projects
Most importantly, we’re looking for a team player. While HR will be your primary responsibility, we operate as a team. The right candidate will be willing to jump in, help where needed, and take ownership of special projects handed off by management.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous HR management or related experience
✅ Payroll experience
✅ QuickBooks & Workforce experience preferred
✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities
✅ Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
✅ Positive attitude and team-first mentality
