I loved this company for over 20 years. It is now the WORST I have ever encountered! No one to rely on, I was lied to over 10 times, it is just sad sad sad. I hate seeing a family business falter but this one may as well close the doors! I have requested my maintenance contract refund, I guess next is Judge Judy!!
HAD THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND NOW I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGEABLE TECHS, THE OFFICE STAFF IS ONE PERSON WHO LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING. THEY NEVER SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND DON'T EVER CALL YOU TO SAY THEY ARE NOT COMING. MADE 3 APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW AND THEY NEVER CAME. NOW THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALLS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD NEWS.
I paid $160 for a contract last spring, you never answered the phone to make a service appointment (paid for) for my air conditioning unit that you installed. Now you don't answer the phone so I can make my (paid for) fall furnace check. You've done so well in past years, now you don't even answer the phone. Are you still in business? I guess I'll have to eat my $160 and find a company that actually provides HVAC service.
