π deck season is in FULL action! Crew did a great job with this one. Power washed, sanded, rotted wood changed, new wood oil primed, and stained by brush and roller. This deck is now restored to her former glory. A glass of Makers Mark π₯ and a cigar would set this deck up right!
From green to tricorn black. Customer picked out the color and sheen. 2 coats of duration exterior flat. 2 man crew knocked it out before lunch.
Cleaned and painted this beautiful house in Nokesville. We used Duration paint from Sherwin Willaimβs for lasting coverage.
Deck and fence staining finished in Ashburn yesterday. Power washed, replaced rotted wood, and stained two coats by brush and roll! We donβt π πΌββοΈ spray decks. This was stained with SuperDeck Solid Stain and the color was Pine Cone.
A client we did some interior painting for last year gave us a call to take care of her exterior this year. Lots of washing and mold removal today, caulking and painting will be started tomorrow. Today was absolutely beautiful. Thankful for work during this time and thankful for great customers!

The outside of the countryside house needed some work as well. Crew has been washing, changing rotted trim, adding a new storm door, painting, and removing the deck compete. It will be on the market soon. The exterior of the home is the first thing a potential buyer sees and that can make or break a deal! More pictures to come as work continues!
This house is getting a facelift from top to bottom. We have been working in this empty house on many rain days. Thankful for jobs like this that keep our crew dry and busy! We have been repairing drywall, nail pops, water damage, removing wallpaper, priming and painting!

Finished this exterior in Chevy Chase on Saturday for a long time client. All the trim, casing, soffit, shutters, railings, windows, and front door are now complete. The trellis was stained with SuperDeck solid stain and all the white trim was painted with Duration, both quality Sherwin-Williams products.
Getting this Ashburn house prepped. Covering floors with paper, carpets with drop clothes and furniture with plastic. This is a new build for a long time client. Before and afters for the project today in Leesburg. Started pretty gloomy and turned out to be a beautiful day! We had to paint all the trim and porch complete three coats of paint to cover! They are having us back this week to paint the garage door!

This Leesburg exterior is getting a face lift today! Changing from the dated yellow to a Pure White. Stay tuned for the final product! π
Knocking out the repairs! To repair large cracks we like to score them deeper with a blade or putty knife, lightly skim the wall with drywall mud, apply fiberglass mesh tape, light skim of drywall mud on top, dry with a heat gun, sand and possibly skim/sand again. All repairs receive one coat of primer/flat paint prior to painting. These steps help ensure the crack holds and that your repair wonβt shine through the paint.

Next couple posts will he updates on the house we are working on in Chevy Chase. Looks absolutely beautiful! I love this home, awesome colors and lots of space. We painted many spaces on the interior and we will be doing just about everything on the exterior except the stucco. Our crew is washing their hands regularly and keeping their distance from customers in efforts to comply with CDC recommendations!
Gutter Restoration removes oxidized paint, grime, mold, algae, and dirt. We use a chemical treatment and clean them by hand. Power washing will not remove these stains. Contact us for a free estimate! Itβs Spring cleaning time.

Lots of repairs for this sterling basement. This is day 2 on the job.
What to expect on day one... All floors will be covered with drop cloths, all furniture and other items will be protected with plastic, all switch plates will be removed, and all door knobs will be taped or taken off the door completely. This is the day the most prep work and repairs are done. We like to start painting ceilings first, then walls, and finish with trim.
