Meet Katie, the heart of our office and the first voice so many of our customers hear.
This is the first time we’ve put Katie in front of the camera, and we couldn’t think of a better place to do it than on this project in Bedford, one of the largest commercial projects in Grindstone history.
What you don’t always see is everything Katie does behind the scenes to make jobs like this happen. She answers the calls, keeps our schedule on track, makes sure every customer feels heard, and keeps this whole team moving in the same direction. When a customer has a question, Katie has the answer. When the crew needs something, Katie’s already on it.
Katie, thank you for the care you bring to our customers and the standard you set for this team every single day. We’re lucky to have you. 🙌
