Ok so I haven’t posted anything in years about this. 3 years ago I was was the biggest I’ve ever been. My blood sugar was through the roof. I was falling asleep in meetings at work. I was given a GLP-1 from my Dr. that helped me lose a bunch of weight within 6 months and I’ve kept it off for the last 3 years… now I’m trying to get Jacked and am starting to get addicted to working out. I’m the most consistent in the gym I’ve ever been thanks to slowly building my garage gym. All that to say this LETS GET IT!!!

Part of my job is doing what we call “Tastings” I love doing them so much. I’m sometimes it’s the only time I get to interact with guest and most of the time if people for their weddings. What we have here are 3 very different options to be decided.
1.Pan Seared Grouper with Saffron butter sauce
Creamy Grits
Haricot Vert (green beans)
2. Red w**e braised Shirt Rib with natural jus
Truffle Pomme Puree (mashed potato)
Charred Broccolini
3. Grilled Pork Chop apple balsamic glaze
Roasted fingerling potatoes
Glazed carrots
