This was a repair on a new home maybe 3 years old .The builder hired the wrong guy for this job 👎 gaps and improper installation of some floor boards poor and I mean poor prep work 🤦‍♂️. I was only hired to fix a few issues but in my professional opinion it needs pulled and redone.
I can’t stress this enough if you do poor prep/no prep your cutting the life expectancy of your floor in half
