Refinished this hardwood that had seen better days. The finish had worn through and grain was exposed across the majority of the house. The new owner wanted them stained with DuraSeal Jacobean and finished with LOBA two part waterborne polyurethane. She has come a long way with this house and I can’t wait to see it once the trim is installed and the rest of the house comes together.
(Most of the after pics are prior to the final coat since this house is an hour from Topeka)

Completed a bathroom renovation for a woman in my neighborhood, while she was in the hospital having hip surgery. So she wanted a walk in shower built and wanted the bathtub removed. Used 24x48” tiles all the way up on ten foot ceilings! And when she found out the original hardwood was underneath the peel and stick tiles that were down, she wanted them refinished.

Refinished this floor for some truly amazing people. The floor had remained the same since the home was built and was beginning to show some wear. They decided to finish it natural with waterborne polyurethane to showcase the natural tones of the floor. It had been stained prior.

The original flooring could not be saved so it was removed and replaced with 3 1/4 inch red oak and finished natural. Since the house is currently being renovated, we held off on the final coat until all of the work is completed. After pics to follow soon….
