I am excited to share the renderings of the yoga/multi-purpose room kitchen and the ADU/Apartment kitchen that will be completed first st Hollywood 2. The client loves how fun these secondary spaces are looking so far. And to think these are kitchens he won't be using himself on a regular basis. I can't wait to show the secondary kitchen and the main house cooks kitchen!! Stay tuned!!

Since my surgery, progress at Hollywood 2 has been made from rough electrical and plumbing inspections moving forward, to windows starting to be installed. It is great to see this project progress.

Loving the sample Arpy Daghlian is creating for the powder room for Hollywood 2 as I am recovering from my second spine surgery. I cannot wait until we pass our inspections so we can move on to the finishes for this project.

Site visit and client/GC meeting today at Hollywood 2 and we received the cabinet samples for Kitchens 3 and 4. We also looked at the wood floor with the saltillo tile. The windows won't be in until September but there is still some things to do.

I think we narrowed down the countertop and backsplash colorway options for Kitchen 3 at Hollywood 2. We will be heading to Cosentino tomorrow to confirm the stone. I am loving the red-purple color we picked for the cabinets! Stay tuned!!

I took my Hollywood 2 client to one stone yard yesterday and we picked out slabs for the countertops for the main kitchen, kitchen 5, bath 5 vanity and trim pieces for the shower and also the main kitchen island countertop and possibly the powder room sink stone. The Stone Industry, Inc.
We also ordered the tile for the floor in bath 2 and kitchen 2 and the feature wall for bath 3 all from Badia Design.

More progress at Hollywood 2:
-The showers in Baths 4 and 5 are almost done. Each bathroom will have a different color story
-The bathtub for Bath 3 was brought into the house and dry fit for the drain
-Macario the tile setter working his magic
-Miguel came to measure for Kitchens 3 and 4. Each kitchen will its own color story

Progress at Hollywood 2.
-Rough plumbing is 99% complete
-Tile setting happening in Bath 5
-Top level ceiling supports getting fixed, insulation in, floors leveled, rough electrical and plumbing done
-Low voltage wiring done
-Framing done
-Windows measured, need to order those

For today's .... we are visiting Alhambra 1 which is officially complete and I have to say the kitchen looks pretty great. We took a wall down and reconfigured the space to open it up and make it fit in this Spanish home. We changed every finish from the floor to the appliances and the clients can now be proud not only of the kitchen but also the dining room and breakfast nook.
