Hot mix needs to land in the 275-325 range to compact right — too cool and it won’t bond, too hot and you lose consistency. Our crews move fast from truck to paver to final smoothing, hitting that window every time.

This is what years of experience looks like 👇🏼

Laving and paving asphalt against a concrete curb requires exact hand work, tight tolerances and an experienced crew that knows how to transition seamlessly between machine work and manual detail. Too much material and you compromise the grade. Too little and you create a weak edge prone to cracking and separation.

This is the part of the job that separates crews who know what they’re doing from those who don’t. Every inch along that curb line is intentional.

Out with the old. The rebuild begins here.

Before a new track surface can perform the way it should, the existing structure has to be evaluated and addressed.

What you’re watching is milling - a milling machine precisely grinding down the top layer of asphalt to a specified depth, removing surface deterioration, grade irregularities and failed material.

Removing the topping layer isn’t just demolition. It’s preparation. It corrects drainage slopes and gives the new asphalt a clean, stable surface to bond to.

What gets laid on top of this is only as good as what’s underneath it. This is how you make sure it’s done right from the start.
