🔹Meet Erika, the first-ever recipient of Windows for Warmth.🪟

Erika was nominated by members of her community who shared the countless hours she has spent giving back and helping others, all while continuing to push through personal obstacles of her own.

Her story stood out to our team, and we’re honored to have the opportunity to give back to someone who has given so much to those around her.

This winter, Erika will receive brand-new windows at no cost to help keep her home warmer, more comfortable, and more energy efficient while helping to reduce the burden of her energy bills.

It was great getting to connect with Erika. We’re excited to get her new windows installed and give her one less thing to worry about this winter.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our first annual Windows for Warmth. We’re incredibly grateful for the stories that were shared and the support from our community that made the first year so special.

🔹We’re currently in the soffit and fascia portion of this siding project.

One important job of your soffit is allowing your attic to breathe. That’s why we install vented soffit to help create proper airflow and allow moisture and heat to escape.

This home previously had no soffit ventilation, which contributed to moisture buildup and poor airflow over time. Combined with existing water intrusion, it led to damage that needed to be addressed sooner than the homeowners expected.

It’s a good example of why what’s underneath and behind your siding matters just as much as the finished product. 🏠🛠️

J-channel is carefully measured, cut, and installed around the window to create a clean transition between the window and siding. More importantly, it helps manage water and keep moisture from getting behind the siding.

It’s a small detail, but an important step in helping protect your home from moisture buildup and mold.🏠🪟
