Arlington, VA. The Angled Island, part 1 of 2: what moved.
Lucia Lukosik, AKBD, our Design Director, designed this kitchen. The wall to the butler's pantry was partly opened, the living-room columns came out, and the sink and the range both moved. The microwave went into the navy island, which now seats four facing the room.
That is walls, structure, plumbing and gas in one job. One team draws it, pulls the permit under our Virginia Class A license and builds it.
Which would you move first in your kitchen: the sink or the range?
