💙🏈 SOME THINGS ARE BIGGER THAN FOOTBALL. 🙏

This morning, ESPN reported that Jalen Hurts' condition has worsened. What began as a blood clot in his calf has now become even more serious, with blood clots discovered in his lungs.

Hurts will miss the remainder of the season, with the potential he never steps on a field again (while this isnt officially reported, blood thinners if needed long term, would mean he could not play.)

We are Dallas Cowboys fans. We know the Philadelphia Eagles are our division rivals. We know how deep that rivalry runs.

BUT LIFE IS BIGGER THAN FOOTBALL.

Football is what brings us all together, but at the end of the day, these players are human beings. They're sons, fathers, husbands, brothers, and friends.

And no rivalry is worth forgetting that.

Today, we're asking our entire DC4L family to put the rivalry aside and take just a moment to say a quiet word or prayer for Jalen Hurts, his family, and his recovery.

🙏 We may never cheer for the same team, but we can absolutely pray for the same person.

💙💚 Prayers up for Jalen Hurts. Some things will always matter more than football.
