🏠 Another Transformation by Obenauer Home Improvements!

After installing this beautiful color-variation hickory flooring, we brought the fireplace down and built a custom bump-out, finished with shiplap to create a true focal point for the fireplace and TV.

We also added custom built-ins, recessed lighting, and expanded the closet to make the space even more functional.

From flooring and custom features to complete room transformations, Obenauer Home Improvements can handle it all!

🏠 Another Major Floor Transformation by Obenauer Home Improvements!

This project started with a serious problem—the floor was rotting from the crawlspace up, and the homeowners were literally falling through the floor.

We had to remove approximately 65% of the first-floor subfloor and rebuild it back to its original 1¼-inch thickness. Before rebuilding the floor, all the joists running through the entire living room and half of the kitchen had to be properly secured.

Once the structure was solid and safe again, we installed approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of LVP flooring throughout the entire first floor, giving the home a completely refreshed look.

From structural repairs to finished flooring, Obenauer Home Improvements is here to tackle the jobs others may not want to touch.
