We checked the farm.

No spaghetti.
No ravioli.
No fettuccine.

Just ducks, chickens, mud, puddles, and a whole lot of farm chaos. 😂🦆🐓

So no, we may not have understood the assignment.

But honestly… this feels pretty on-brand for us. 🍝😂

💧 Pools still somehow necessary

We really tried to get into the desert spirit, but North Florida had other plans.

Dry and dusty? Absolutely not.

Wet, muddy, and full of ducks? Now that we can do. 🦆😂

🐓 Chicken Patrol is on duty at George Family Farm.

They make the rounds, inspect the area, check the water, and somehow manage to look very official while doing absolutely normal chicken things.

Nothing gets past this crew.

Well… probably.

Fresh, clean pool ready to go?
Nice. 👍

Muddy puddle on the ground?
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. 💦😂

We can clean, refill, and set up the nicest pool possible, and somehow the ducks will still find the mud and act like they just discovered a luxury resort.

Honestly, at this point, we should know better.

🦆 Apparently the farm has assigned seating now.

Pekins in one corner.
Rouens in the other.

No drama. No meeting. No interaction whatsoever. 😂

Just two very different duck groups minding their own business and keeping a respectful amount of personal space.

Honestly, they may have better boundaries than most people. 🤣

🌧️ Well… North Florida got watered. Again. 😂

Nothing like an after-the-rain walk around George Family Farm to see just how many puddles one property can possibly hold. 💦

Soggy paths, muddy pens, standing water everywhere, and the farm looking like it accidentally signed up to become a splash park. 🦆🌧️

It may be wet, muddy, and a little chaotic, but it’s still home. ❤️
