El Techo by Rito Loco; a fun, hip design on an 1100 square foot roof deck that will be serving up handcrafted cocktails and Latin driven tapas and entrees.
While the delicious Rito Loco dining menu will still be available, the El Techo menu, seafood-focused, will encompass many different Latin cuisines with the signature Rito Loco twist. Bar Manager, Bryan Tate, of Tiger Fork and Found Farmers, has delivered a simple yet refined cocktail menu that blends flavors from South and Central America as well as the Caribbean. Sticking with the Rito Loco motif, everything will be made from scratch. Homemade agave simple syrup will replace the overly processed sugars of your standard simple syrup to help relieve our drinkers from feeling full of sugar instead of alcohol. Family style bowls of paella and mussels along with fire-grilled prawns, clams, and three authentic ceviches will fill the tables for all our dc foodies. This will be an experience like no other.
