An early concept exploring the balance between gathering and retreat.

A soaking pool separates the home’s private spaces from the guest quarters, offering privacy on either side while connecting them across the water. It creates a quiet place between the two, with room to gather and space to retreat.

The entry experience begins before you reach the front door. A garden-lined walk leads to a sheltered porch, where warm wood, stone, and glass frame the arrival. Through the windows, a floating staircase to one side and hanging pendants above the foyer offer a glimpse of what’s inside.
