Had a maintenance call for this apartment building we replaced the drain in the kitchen sink and the bathroom faucet k***s and we put a slop on this little roof area so the condensation from the AC unit wasnt just sitting still on the roof! And also replaced the kitchen faucet but I didn't get pictures of that sadly! And we also reaplaced the sink basin because the drain I replaced was leaking and totally messed the old board up! Whatever you may need reach out and we can try to get you took care of!

This was Tuesdays job last week! Had a decent patch job to do on this roof in clombus! Along with the gutters cleaned out and one needing rebuilt and rehung back up along with some tree trimming that we didn't get photos of that was causing damage to this roof! After it was all said and done the gutters where hung back up and cleaned out so they don't start to droop back down again sealant was put down on spots we thought where necessary! All and all a great job well done and I'm proud of my team and hope to keep the jobs coming!!
