Good design is in the details👇

Look closer at this living room:
✦ Hidden ceiling light that softens the whole space ✦ Vertical wall panels that add height and rhythm ✦ Sheer curtains that let daylight in ✦ A modular sofa in textured fabric, comfortable and calm ✦ Brass floor lamp for warm evening light ✦ A layered rug and natural oak floor that ground the room

Nothing here is accidental. Light, texture and proportion are planned before the first wall is touched. That’s what separates a renovation that looks good from one that feels right to live in.
Binora Projects has completed interiors in different countries and styles, and we take on projects of any complexity.

GREY IS OUT. WHAT’S NEXT?

For years, cool grey was one of the safest choices in interior design. Grey walls, grey sofas, grey finishes — clean, minimal, and everywhere.

But the direction is changing.

The Pantone View Home + Interiors 2027 forecast points toward colours inspired by comfort, nature and a stronger emotional connection to our spaces. Its palettes include warmer browns, earthy tones and organic, grounded shades.

At the same time, Westlake Royal’s 2026 TrendLine highlights New Neutrality — a shift toward off-whites, soft creams, warm greiges and natural textures.

The message isn’t that grey has disappeared.

Neutral interiors are simply getting warmer.

So we took the same apartment and reimagined it in three directions:

01 — WARM IVORY
Soft. Natural. Timeless.

02 — EARTHY GREIGE
Warm. Refined. Sophisticated.

03 — MOCHA
Rich. Warm. Contemporary.

Because trends should inspire a space — not define its lifespan.

At Binora Projects, we design and renovate interiors with one goal: to create spaces that feel relevant today and remain timeless for years to come.

Which one would you choose — 01, 02 or 03?

BINORA PROJECTS
The name is no accident. It comes from a word that is understood from the Middle East to Central Asia.
Binā / bino 🔹 Arabic بناء: “construction” 🔹 Uzbek and Tajik bino: “building”
At the core of the name is something raised by hand, planned and built to last for years. We chose it because, for us, construction is more than walls. It is a way of turning an idea into reality.
The logo reads just as directly. An arch, an opening, an entrance: one of the oldest forms in architecture. Two arches of different heights and a roofline rising upward. A solid dark volume with nothing extra: reliability and clarity.
That is the first meaning, and it lies on the surface: a building.
But we built a second one into the mark.
What do you think it is? 👀 Look closely at the logo. Share your guesses in the comments. We’ll reveal the answer in the next post.

Retro Milly. Restaurant interior design project.

The concept: craft meets nature. Wicker lamps with greenery overhead, a woven willow ceiling, terracotta arches, ornamental chairs, and traditional instruments on the wall.
