Father Robert, Deacon Tony and I looked at a few of their windows on St Patricks Church after Sunday mass this weekend. There is serious rot on some of the shutters and sills.

The church is asking for help and we are going to do what we can, however, we can’t do this alone so CAT5 is looking for some additional help from the community to make these and other repairs. The work will be scheduled for a Saturday at the end of August till it’s completed.

We hope that the community will come together to support this worthy church.

Castle Coakley exterior coatings are being applied.

Very excited to announce that our Components will be used to build (2) custom homes being developed for sale by WHIM176, LLC. Permits are filed and 176-BB is expected to be available in October 2026 with BA soon there after.

Prefabricated hip rafter sections for the new Arthur Richards School. These will be delivered and lifted into place then anchored into the reinforced concrete walls. The studs were roll formed from coils of G90 steel into precut pieces then assembled. Done right the first time.

Check out those prefabricated arches, wall panels, floor and roof trusses on the new Castle Coakley Professional Center Building. Pics taken January 9th except for the one that is titled and has our Logo on it. That one was taken December 22nd. Not bad progress with the site being closed during major holidays.

Our company also manufactures components for Residential Homes. When the winds blow at and above 157 miles per hour you definitely want to be in a building designed, manufactured and built to meet that and much more. How does being able to withstand 220 MPH sound?

Want to see what we are designing and preparing to manufacture at CAT5 Builders, LLC in 2026? This project consists of a 2-car detached garage, a separate 2-bedroom cottage home with a plunge pool and finally the main house that has 2 guest suites, a master suite and a semi-detached caretakers suite. The main house has a pool, plenty of sun deck and exterior gazebo for more outdoor fun.

At this phase the renderings allow us to visualize how the house will sit on the site and the views that the clients will enjoy out West. What is shown is the actual grade as it was recorded by the Army Corp of Engineers.

From here we will continue to refine the design and exterior features (details) working with the clients to make sure we get everything desired onto the plans including a lot of palm trees and shrubberies.

The 2nd Floor of the Castle Coakley Professional Center is coming along. Prefabricated Cold Form Steel Exterior Load Bearing Walls, Floor Trusses and Roof Trusses that when completed will be rated for 220 MPH sustained winds. All of the CFS components were made right here in St. Croix, USVI.
