I wrapped up the first half of nutrition school this month and honestly still can’t believe I’m actually doing this! And now I’ve got a few weeks to breathe before the next round begins.

So it’s slow mornings, cottage days, and a little euro adventure coming up in August❣️

Real talk: “healthy” and “actually crave it” don’t have to be a trade-off.

Here’s the backstory - I spent about ten years cooking in some gloriously ridiculous places. Backcountry lodges where the nearest grocery store was a small expedition away, so I got really good at making crave-worthy food out of what we could haul in by helicopter or snowmobile. Wellness retreats where the whole point was leaving people happy and full, not “virtuously hungry.”

All those years in the middle of nowhere made me obsessive about the details: planning meals down to the gram, prepping so everything holds up for days, and delivering whole-food meals that still tastes incredible on day five.
