I called my Phantom Mfg. (Int'l) Ltd. distributor Mobile Screen of Hilton Head for service call and in 24 hours they came and fixed a small sliding issue. All it needed was the track to be cleaned with the phantom screen spray . Miquel the service tech was amazing and helpful. My Phantom Screen is running nice and smooth: it’s important to maintain your screen by cleaning the tracks with the spray periodically.
