Renovated detached garage in East Nashville.

This project required considerable time and effort. We collaborated with Historical and Metro through an extensive process to rebuild this original structure, situated directly on the property line between three neighboring properties.

Although the walls remained structurally sound, the remainder of the building had deteriorated significantly, necessitating comprehensive removal and reconstruction.
