Another updated handrail system. We swapped out the old lattice for some new vinyl handrails. No more spending hours painting painstaking lattice. Also put up new vinyl soffit on the back porch. We also swapped out some old cpvc water lines with pex. We wrapped them in heat tape and foam insulation so hopefully no more frozen pipes. Thank you Terri Light for letting us help you out.

A much needed upgrade on this deck. We were able to keep the frame. We were able to jack up the beams and get an inch and a half swag out of it. Unfortunately we did have to replace the stair treads. They were beyond repair. Added new vinyl handrails, vinyl skirt board and vinyl lattice. I highly recommend the vinyl for low maintenance. The only thing customer will have to stain is the decking.

Customer had a solar water heater behind the glass offset on his roof. It started leaking so they decided to get rid of it. I had Omnia roofing come out and patch the roof. The team and I replaced the siding on the front and the side to a very close match.
