A successful renovation isn’t about choosing the most expensive materials. It’s about making the right decisions for your goals and budget.
My approach is to explore every available option before construction begins, so we can make informed decisions, establish realistic costs, and minimize unexpected expenses once work is underway.
Sometimes, that means choosing high-quality semi-custom or prefab cabinetry instead of going fully custom. Options from retailers like Lowe’s can deliver the right balance of function, aesthetics, and cost without compromising the overall vision.
Once the design is finalized, I can provide a firm quote based on the actual scope of work. Location also matters—projects in areas like Garden City may carry additional costs that need to be factored into the budget from the start.
Good design isn’t about spending more. It’s about understanding your options, planning strategically, and knowing where your investment will make the greatest impact.
