Taking a fresh look at this existing holiday home, this property owner made a courageous decision for a part demolition to correct some serious structural issues. Seamlessly rebuilding a sea facing, modern and open plan facade to draw in the spectacular coastal aspect. What a fantastic result!

Despite very challenging terrain, this addition has turned out beautifully, blending seamlessly with the existing property. With the lush garden setting, and the subtle personal details, this build now forms part of a series of elegant, private and relaxing guest retreats. What a pleasure to have been involved. All credit to James and Marilize for their determination and courage to see it through.

Re-configuring the living / family areas into a modern open plan arrangement, now provide a direct connection to outside entertainment areas. With a full makeover, this previously average property has now added significant value in a highly sort after suburb.
